Psychotherapy

Life holds much beauty and joy, but at times, challenges that can be painful, unexpected, and even traumatic. We wake up every day with the chance to begin again and rewrite the stories we carry. Therapy is a place to explore our stories, work with our habitual patterns and create an intention for change. I take a mindfulness approach to therapy and believe we already carry the wisdom we need to heal. Healing in therapy comes through connecting with our innate wisdom and intuition. I work best with those who are open, process-oriented, and looking to grow self-awareness through introspective and compassion-based practices.

I offer a warm and safe space to show up exactly as you are. I am a certified mindfulness/meditation and positive neuroplasticity teacher.

I provide therapy for adults and adolescents.

The Positive Neuroplasticity Training, based on the work of Dr. Rick Hanson

Join me for an opportunity to intentionally grow more internal resources for safety, satisfaction, and connection through the use of Positive Neuroplasticity. You will learn how to work with the brain's natural negativity bias through intentional practices of taking in the good. This training will give you the tools necessary to use your mind to change your brain for the better.

This training includes

  • 13+ Hours of Teachings Presentations organized into short pieces for maximum learning

  • Experiential Activities Deep, guided practices to grow the strengths you need most

  • PNT Handbook A copy of the Positive Neuroplasticity Handbook for you to keep

  • An Engaged Community Learn in the safe environment of a group of peers

Class 1: The Essence of Positive Neuroplasticity

• Use your mind to change your brain

Positive Neuroplasticity Individual Practice Session

Individual practice sessions for those who want to learn how to incorporate positive neuroplasticity into daily life. These sessions will focus on.

  • Identifying and growing inner strengths and resources.
  • Increasing emotional resilience by increasing a sense of safety, satisfaction, and connection in the world.
  • Learning to work with difficult feelings, habitual thought patterns, and unconscious barriers to joy.

Sessions will incorporate the use of HEAL method, discussion, and experiential practice.

These sessions are open to those with positive neuroplasticity experience and those new to the practice.

Sessions can be booked in increments of 30 minutes. If you would like to have a 60-minute session, please feel free to book two 30 min sessions.

$75 per 30 minutes

If you are looking to start or gain support around a mindfulness and meditation practice, mentoring may be a good fit for you. Mentoring is aimed a helping you get in touch with your own wisdom through introspection and practices that foster clarity, insight, and compassion. Mentoring is customized to meet your unique goals and needs.
