Psychotherapy

Life holds much beauty and joy, but at times, challenges that can be painful, unexpected, and even traumatic. We wake up every day with the chance to begin again and rewrite the stories we carry. Therapy is a place to explore our stories, work with our habitual patterns and create an intention for change. I take a mindfulness approach to therapy and believe we already carry the wisdom we need to heal. Healing in therapy comes through connecting with our innate wisdom and intuition. I work best with those who are open, process-oriented, and looking to grow self-awareness through introspective and compassion-based practices.

I offer a warm and safe space to show up exactly as you are. I am a certified mindfulness/meditation and positive neuroplasticity teacher.

I provide therapy for adults and adolescents.
