Whether you are looking to understand yourself better, adjust to life’s challenges, or find more joy,
I am glad you are here!
I am a clinical social worker from Maryland and have been practicing for over 25 years. I have a bachelor's in Psychology and a minor in dance from Point Park University in Pittsburgh, PA. I received my MSW from the University of Maryland School of Social Work.
I am a certified meditation/mindfulness teacher, completing the two-year MMTCP program under Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. I teach mindfulness and meditation workshops and provide mindfulness mentoring by request.
I am also a certified teacher for Rick Hanson’s Positive Neuroplasticity Training. I teach workshops and practice groups around applying positive neuroplasticity for lasting change.
I have trained and worked as a professional dancer and see movement as a form of medicine. I encourage others to trust the wisdom and intuition of their bodies when it comes to healing.
I honor the connections I make in the world and believe that everyone has something to teach me. I see humor, vulnerability, and authenticity as superpowers.
My hope is to create a safe space where others feel free to show up exactly as they are.
